Google Docs is a great tool for classroom record keeping, because it supports a variety of document types, and for the advanced user it even lets you automate many tasks that would otherwise be time consuming and tedious.

Google Docs can become a great replacement for expensive academic record keeping software, and it's even better than software, because as an online application it lets you access those records from just about anywhere that you have Internet.

Google Cloud Print (GCP) allows printing from any Google Cloud Print-enabled apps on any Chrome device, computer, or smart phone. The Google Cloud Print service routes print jobs between apps and cloud-connected printers. Google Cloud Print enables users to easily discover and print to printers nearby or around the world without the need for complex setup and driver installation

  • Chrome browser on Chrome devices (support for Chrome browsers in other platforms is coming soon!)
  • Mobile versions of Google apps including Google Docs and Spreadsheets
  • Gmail (through web browser on mobile device)
  • 3rd-party native mobile apps on the Android and iOS platforms
